Akon just took a perfectly fine suburban home in the San Fernando Valley and gutted it like a fish ... turning it into a SICK new party palace. Real estate sources says Akon dropped just under $2 million for an elegant 5-BR contemporary home with glass walls and concrete floors ... and then tore it apart.
