Naked Female Judge Who Exercised And Sunbathed Nude In Her Office Allowed To Return To Work

A top judge from Bosnia and Herzegovina has won her job back after being fired for stripping naked and sunbathing in plain view before attending court

A Bosnian High Court Judge has been allowed to have her job back - despite images of her stripping naked and sunbathing in her office being released.

Eagle eyed workers in the building opposite the court had taken the saucy snaps, which showed Enisa Bilajac, 35, basking in the morning sun completely nude.

An inquiry was set up into Bilajac's behaviour after the images were leaked to the local press.

The Supreme Court of the country's capital, Sarajevo, had initially dismissed the risqué judge for damaging the court's image but have since allowed her to return.

The judge had claimed that the X-rated display was part of her morning ritual and that she had locked the door to prevent anyone else entering.

Ultimately the committee assessing her behaviour deemed it unintentional and stripped the judge of all blame by reversing their dismissal.
