Marc Anthony Ordered To Submit Complete Income And Expenses To Court After Ex Wife Accuses Him Of Hiding Millions In Child Support Battle

Marc Anthony has been ordered to submit a full report on his income and expenditure as his child support battle with ex-wife Dayanara Torres continued.

She claimed in court the star is not fully disclosing his assets, which has skewed the amount he pays to care for their two sons.

And despite the pop star's claims it would be 'too difficult' to calculate how much he earns, a Los Angeles County court has ruled he has to do just that - by 10am on Tuesday.

According to TMZ, both Marc and former beauty queen Dayanara were in attendance to hear the decision.

She is arguing he has failed to report all of his assets, including homes and income, and also accused paying out $330K a year to support relatives, girlfriends and his other children.

And his argument that his vast wealth makes it impossible to calculate his earnings was met with a dim view.

Marc also claims he already pays his former spouse more than enough to look after their brood, and paying more would simply 'spoil them rotten.'

New Yorker Marc ex-wife has alleged he made $60million in the past four years alone.

But the 45-year-old salsa pop favourite insists he isn't that rich - earning a paltry $40million instead

Dayanara, who was married to the You Sang To Me hitmaker from 2000 to 2004, wants a mammoth hike in her monthly child support payments, from $13,000 to $113,000.

His finances have already been broken down in the court documents, but not to the satisfaction of the judge.

Marc stated that over the last two years he has spent on average $305,000 a month.

In the past two years he has shelled out $400,000 on domestic help, $220,000 on car leases, $1million for a California home and another $700,000 for two New York properties.

In March, it was reported that Marc feared giving Torres too much money could result in his boys becoming drug addicts.

Court documents leaked to the website reveal that Marc hired a psychologist who wrote a declaration to the judge about the problems of children raised by parents in the Los Angeles entertainment industry with near unlimited funds.

The expert said they 'become high-risk for illicit drugs, alcohol and a fast-paced lifestyle that they are not emotionally capable of handling' when they hit their teens.

Dayanara wants the raise because she says Cristian, 13; and Ryan, 10; live in relative poverty with her compared to the luxurious lifestyle they have with their dad, according to the legal documents.

She claimed she's so short of money she had to sell her house and move into an apartment in the San Fernando Valley, California, according to the website.

The former Miss Universe also wants a full staff, including a cook and a nanny, and access to private jets to take trips around the world and to stay in 5-star hotels.

But Marc alleged the beauty was forced out of the property because the wife of the married man she was having an affair with stood on the sidewalk 'with a bullhorn yelling "wh**e" for the whole neighbourhood to hear.'

In the legal docs the Grammy winner also claimed the boys already have everything they need and the increase would 'spoil them rotten'.

The star says when he has the kids in Los Angeles, 'I cook or we order in. We often get Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut or Chinese food,' according to TMZ.

Marc and Dayanara married on May 9, 2000 in Las Vegas and separated in early 2002. They later reconciled and renewed their vows on December 7, 2002 at San Juan's Cathedral in Puerto Rico.

Marc and Jennifer started dating in early 2004 - just a few weeks after they left their respective partners Dayanara and ex-fiancé Ben Affleck.

The Latin singer and J.Lo wed in June 2004 after just a few months of dating, just days after Marc was granted a divorce from Dayanara.

With the American Idol host, who he split from in 2011, he has twins Max and Emme, aged six.

He also has a daughter Ariana, 19, from a previous relationship.

Marc is currently through to be single after splitting from Topshop heiress Chloe Green, 22, in February after a one year on/off relationship.
