That's French Montana up there, Khloe Kardashian's rumored boyfriend, and aww, he's posing on a bed full of other people and MONIES, and has a banner hanging behind him that says "Lonely."
Isn't that sad? No, because French Montana just oozes skeeziness, and while Khloe is generally our favorite Kardashian (if there's a gun to our head and we're forced to choose), because of that fact we automatically deem most of her suitors unsuitable but especially this one, because after buying her all sorts of expensive birthday presents, he shares this pic and captions it real pathetically:

Trouble in paradise? Who knows. Petty, silly, embarrassing drama from 29- and 30-year-olds who should probably know better? Well, obviously.
