'Besties,' she wrote in the caption of the photo shared with her more than 10 million followers on Instagram.
In another bedroom selfie the Wrecking Ball singer stuck her tongue out again with her short blonde hair bunched up top and showing her darker roots.
Miley in yet another selfie was seen standing in a black blouse sticking her tongue out with a black dog at her feet.
The star seemed self-aware that she may have overdone it with the selfies.
The caption included several hashtags that referenced her multiple self portraits and how they might be dominating her fans' timelines.
The former Disney star is currently on a break from her raunchy Bangerz World Tour, which last took place on June 22 in Amsterdam.
Miley has been relaxing at home before the next leg begins on August 1 in Long Island, New York.
The 20-song concert featuring provocative outfits, a cast of furry friends and the singer riding a giant hot dog, will then hit Mexico, Brazil and Australia before ending on October 23rd.
