Singer Kelly Rowland Accidentally Reveals Gender Of Her Baby During Interview - 'I spilled the beans!':
Kelly Rowland accidentally revealed the gender of her baby during an interview with a website.
The overjoyed mother-to-be - who revealed in June that she and husband Tim Witherspoon would be expecting - let slip that she was going to have a boy during a chat with Fox411 at an event for Caress on Wednesday.
The news came out as the 33-year-old was rattling off a list of the numerous gifts her little bundle of joy was already receiving 'We’re very excited,' Kelly said to the entertainment site of her baby.
'So far, everything has been good. I just feel like the baby is already rotten - like literally, my Caress family has gotten him all of his little bathing stuff, his toys. It’s just so cool.'
The Destiny's Child singer was forced to admit the secret was out.
'It, it’s…aw, f**k it! It’s a boy. It’s a boy!' Kelly told the website with a laugh.
The Say My Name singer then asked her spokesperson to contact her husband Tim of the news.
'Can you please tell him that I spilled the beans?' Kelly instructed her spokesperson.
The acclaimed singer was able to shake it off with a laugh, and even apologized to her baby bump.
'I’m sorry, baby...But yes, it’s very exciting,' Kelly said.
Though she did not acknowledge the news on her social media sites, the lovely singer did show off her growing midsection in a photo shared on Facebook that day.
Simply captioned 'Joy,' the photo showed off Kelly as she tenderly placed her hands upon her tummy.
As for Kelly's new husband - whom she wed in May - the Survivor singer gushed to E! of her beau: 'He's just super supportive. He's like have you eaten today? Did you take your vitamins? Did you drink enough water? He's so hands on and I'm just so blessed.'
On the professional front, Kelly's music video for Dirty Laundry was recently been nominated for Best Video With A Social Message at the upcoming MTV Music Video Awards.
