It was her first photo shoot since giving birth to her baby girl Elizabella in September.
And Alyssa Milano obviously wanted to make her afternoon in front of the Marie Claire cameras a memorable one.
While being done up by her glam squad, the 41-year-old actress pulled a Gisele Bundchen by posing for a photo while breastfeeding her child, which she posted to Instagram on Friday.
The move seemed like a call for attention, as when the Brazilian supermodel first did it in December 2013, she became the center of a debate about whether sharing breastfeeding shots on social media was proper or not.
It was also heavily criticized how the multimillionaire wife of Tom Brady complained she was so busy (even though it was her hair and makeup team doing the work, not her) and sleep deprived.
The image was so disliked, Emmy Rossum won raves for mocking the Vogue cover girl when she posed with a fake baby while getting done up for her TV show Shameless.
Milano looked content as she sits in her chair with two men staring down at her naked breast.
One man was doing her hair, the other was doing her makeup.
Her black and white shirt was opened and she was not wearing her wedding rings.
Her husband is talent agent David Bugliari. Together they already have a son Milo, aged three.
Her caption read, 'First day back at work! Shooting for @marieclairemag with @linhhair and @collierstrong and wearing my @marissawebb! #blessed.'
Some of Milano's 226K followers were not happy with the posting.
Nena8699 wrote, 'This is stupid. I get it. Breast feeding is awesome. That's not my problem.
'Breastfeed til you're blue in the face at a restaurant or airplane. She's trying to be super mom and all. I get it, but there is no way this baby can be eating peacefully.
'Hair and make up being done at the same time along with a photographer lurking around.'
The follower added, 'I wish celebrities would stop going out of their to breastfeed their kid in front of cameras/media. Your kid is hungry, feed them. Don't worry about covering up, don't worry about who says something stupid. Just feed your kid. It's a beautiful picture, but I just can't see the chaos being good and peaceful the baby.'

'I don't see why a select few are having such a hissy fit over this picture. As many have pointed out it totally natural. And I have to add you really don't see anything other than side boob, I mean I've seen bikini tops that actually show more than than this picture does.'
This isn't the first time Milano shared a photo of herself breastfeeding Elizabella.
She did it back in mid October as well.

Oddly, a week before that, the petite star shared an old photo of herself where she was showing off her cleavage.
In October she quit her TV show Mistresses after producers decided to move the California-based production to Canada for financial reasons.
She had appeared in two seasons of the drama.
The Charmed star did not want to relocate to Vancouver with the rest of the cast because she does not want to uproot her two young children.
She said in a statement, 'After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of Mistresses in Vancouver, Canada for financial reasons.
'It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can't relocate. I have two babies under four.
'Being a mother and wife comes first and I just cannot uproot my children and separate the family by moving away. I will miss this job desperately and wish everyone the absolute best.'
