Selena Gomez Sells Her LA Home To Iggy Azalea And Boyfriend Nick Young For $3.45M

Selena Gomez bid farewell to the estate where she encountered several stalking incidents.

The 22-year-old singer sold her Tarzana, California, residence to rapper Iggy Azalea, 24, and her NBA boyfriend Nick Young, 29, for $3.45m, according to a Friday report from Variety.

The couple, who have been dating for a little over a year, acquired the 6,630 square foot space equipped with six bedrooms and seven full and two half bathrooms in late September.

Selena purchased the Mediterranean style house for $2.17m in 2011 and since then has added lavish renovations and extra square footage to the .83-acre property.

After the Heart Wants What It Wants artist put the finishing touches on the massive overhaul, the place now comes with a single-story main house, attached two-car garage and one-bedroom guesthouse with private entrance.

Inside the modern abode, there is a formal living and dining room that feature massive bay windows as well as a spacious kitchen with large center island and a bank of French doors in the open plan area.

Iggy and Nick will soon be enjoying themselves in their new family room that opens to a resort style backyard furnished with stone terraces, built-in barbecue grill, fire pit, swimming pool and spa.

The house even comes with a full outdoor basketball court where the Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard can practice.

The pair will be neighbors with A-list celebs including Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.

Although the suburban enclave is fenced and gated, former owner Selena still encountered some scary incidences with stalkers and fans as the homeowner recently.

In early November, the former Disney Channel darling called police to her mansion for the third time in recent months claiming she believed there was an intruder inside.

And also in April, she got a scare when a man walked onto the property, so the move out surely comes as good riddance for the songbird.

However, on a better note for Iggy and Nick, the lovebirds are taking their relationship to the next level by moving in together.

On Thursday, the baller posted a photo of his moving boxes on his Instagram account even telling followers he has too many shoes to take to his new love nest.

The couple were seen buying cardboard boxes and bubble wrap from a storage store in LA on November 2, after getting the keys to their home.

Nick, who bought their home via trust, revealed to DuJour magazine in a recent interview that he and his blonde beauty were new property owners.

'Me and Iggy just bought a house,' the father-of-one said. 'We've been getting really close lately. I've never been with somebody like this. So, I'm taking it as a challenge.'

And with a new home, comes the topic of marriage. Nick explained that the prospect had been on his mind for quite some time now: 'It's come up a couple times. Growing up I always wanted to be married and have a family.'
