Grammy Award winning rapper Lil Wayne teamed up with Weedmaps to drop a new music video "Hollyweezy" off of his "Sorry for The Wait 2."
In a brilliant business move he did it with the help of a popular "weed finding" app.
Weezy is partnering up with the company which pinpoints nearby medical marijuana dispensaries because he is a longtime advocate for legalization and reform.
Weedmaps' CEO Justin Hartfield says, "Weedmaps is proud to partner with a legendary rapper like Lil Wayne. Throughout his career, Lil Wayne has been a champion of marijuana culture.

Not only does Lil Wayne freely admit marijuana helps his creative process, he is also a longtime advocate of marijuana legalization."
"This partnership represents a huge step toward Weedmaps becoming a global marijuana media brand.
It's not just about finding your marijuana. It's about enjoying it with great friends, great food, great music, and a great atmosphere. Weedmaps wants to help you find all of it," Mr. Hartfield states.
Weedmaps was founded in 2007 and has since grown to over 750,000 registered users, 4 million combined downloads on the iOS and Android marketplaces, and revenues topping $25 million in 2014.
Weedmaps is also the operator of the popular social network, marijuana.com.
With headquarters in Irvine, California, Weedmaps has additional offices in Denver, Colorado and Tucson, Arizona.
