Kenya Moore Finds Out Via Social Media That Her Boyfriend Is Married -- Vivica A. Fox Pokes Fun At The Situation

The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore took to Instagram to share some shocking news about "love" James Freeman: He's married!

"Unfortunately, I just learned today that the man I met and fell in love with from Millionaire Matchmaker was married a week after the show aired," she says in a posted statement. "I am astounded and devastated to have learned of this news VIA social media as opposed to from him directly. However, I still believe in love and my heart remains open to the man God has for me. I wish him well."

The two were set up by on Patti Stanger's Bravo dating show earlier this year, with Kenya confirming they were still hanging out after the episode aired.

"Sometimes you can spend your whole life looking for Prince Charming when a King arrives," she said in another post from March. "Thank you @pattistanger and @cynthiabailey10 and my fans for your love and support and desire for my happiness. #matchmaker #KingJames #FriendsFirst #MillionaireMatchmaker."

Moore shared this snap of a large ring on her ring finger during a trip to Las Vegas May 1 with Freeman, who owns a commercial real estate firm

Moore also commented about their relationship last week in an interview with HelloBeautiful.com, though she was vague about how serious they still were.

"Even though I know we met on reality TV, I feel like I need to guard that situation. I don’t need to live it in public, I don't need to tell people or post pictures on Instagram. I just want to enjoy where I am right now," she said at the time.

"A lot of people are excited for me, so I just have to take baby steps. I’m in a great place in my life. Whether it works out or it doesn't, what makes me feel good is that I've inspired other people," she continued. "Nearly 43 percent of all Black women have never been married, I feel like I give hope to women who want that."

And while a ton of fans are offering their messages of support to Kenya, one celeb foe wasn't as kind.

Vivica A. Fox, who feuded with Moore on "Celebrity Apprentice," took to Twitter to poke fun at the situation.
